Rolling -wounds

The current PDF mentioned rolling-wounds (the number of moves currently wounded) but no moves made use of this particular stat. I've removed it for now for clarity (thanks to Aaron S.). There's a lot of potential for moves using -wounds which I may return to in the future, but for now there's no need to mention it in the text.
