Better Character Creation

My goal with Catch The Devil is to drive character creation towards presenting the actual vibrant diversity of the world we live in, and thanks to Mikey Zee I realized I wasn't living up to that. The pronouns section of character creation was too constrained, even if the table to roll on was just the default. I've updated character creation to hopefully better represent folks. If you have more feedback on this section or anything else, let me know.

I'd also like to apologize for getting this wrong. I didn't reach out to enough folks to review this. Going forward I'll be paying folks from marginalized groups to review major revisions to the game to help avoid mistakes like this.
